For a long time, it was always 3 AM for me.
I was a beautiful and bright Black second-grader when I first got praise for my writing. My teacher at P.S. 98 in Inwood assigned 20 spelling words a week. To let us play with the words, teacher had us use each word properly in a sentence; through this, she taught the difference between nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs.
