In general, it has been the Republicans who have done more damage to Black economic gains than white ones since the 2000s. The Great Recession, caused by subprime mortgages primarily given to Black families, was due to conservatives chipping away at the Glass-Stegall Act, which allowed banks to create those poisonous types of borrowing.

I also want to respond to one of your points:

"It is under Obama’s reign that blacks started being publicly annihilated as if the police forces across the country has been training for the opportunity. The fact that there was an African American in the Whitehouse was sufficient enough for our people. What did Obama do for us?"

Blacks have always been brutalized and killed by police. Obama's achievement was to have the federal government investigate and enforce their findings. Ferguson, Baltimore, and Chicago all came under consent decrees due to Obama's DOJ, which showed how those towns abused Black folk. These set the groundwork for reform efforts that Black Lives Matter is now advocating for and are a permanent part of the historical record.
