I have to partially and respectfully disagree with this comment. Segregation was large scale, government sanctioned theft of our tax dollars to maintain a separate and unequal system. It hurt our children in schools the most.

I also think that the breaking up of segregation, long term, also resulted in a lot of the BLM exposure of police brutality. Derek Chauvin would not be in prison in a segregated society.
