Welcome to my Launch page! I’m Hal H.Harris, a small-time writer trying to make it to the medium-time (get it?) and the finalist in the Work category for the first Medium Creators Challenge. I write to explore Black personhood. How do Black people live and love in the West, a civilization that did not have our living and loving in mind when white people created it through the triangle trade and slavery? I explore this question through longform, researched stories.
